Colorado farmers and ranchers have until Nov. 20 to apply for consideration for fiscal year 2027 conservation funding through USDA’s Natural Resources Conservation Service.

Applications are accepted year-round, but the deadline applies to this funding round. Available programs include the Agricultural Conservation Easement Program, Conservation Stewardship Program and Environmental Quality Incentives Program. Assistance supports easements, wetlands, soil health, water quality and conservation improvements.

Producers are encouraged to contact their local office.
