USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) recently launched a new data dissemination tool called AgInsights as part of NASS’ modernization strategy.
The AgInsights applications offers “streamlined information dissemination, increased operational efficiency, and a more dynamic, interactive experience so producers have easier navigation and access to the latest agricultural data.”
USDA said the application will bridge the digital divide and ensure there is equitable access to critical data for all producers.
Users may use the tool to view tabular data, charts and maps through a single web-based interface. There are also added functionalities to help users interpret and digest data more easily.
