CCF launches wildfire relief fund

The Colorado Cattlemen’s Foundation (CCF) has established a wildfire relief fund to help livestock producers recover from fires across the state.

Working with local cattlemen and stockgrowers associations, the foundation will assist with agricultural losses and recovery costs not covered by insurance, government programs or other aid.

American AgCredit provided an initial donation of $10,000 to launch the effort, with additional support from the Scripps Howard Fund, KOAA News5 and KKTV 11. Donations are also being accepted at 303-431-6422.

Ranchers affected by the Aspen Acres Fire or other Colorado wildfires in 2026 can submit a Wildfire Assistance Request Form at tinyurl.com/2y3m3asn
