Thousand Hills Lifetime Grazed announced the acquisition of Organic Prairie and Mighty Organic brands.

Matt Maier, chief regenerative renegade of Thousand Hills, said the transaction aligns with their shared commitment to supporting farmers and rural communities.

Founded in 1996, Organic Prairie operates as a farmer-owned organic meat program. Thousand Hills plans to invest in and grow both brands. Both operations practice regenerative agriculture, focusing on soil health, ecosystem function and long-term grazing.

Maier said combined efforts have regenerated more than 1 million acres.

Thousand Hills holds certifications from the American Grassfed Association and Audubon Conservation Ranching Program.
