USDA appoints beef board members

USDA appoints beef board members

In late May, USDA announced the appointment of 42 members to serve on the Cattlemen’s Beef Promotion and Research Board.

Of the members, 39 will serve three-year terms, one member will serve a two-year term and two members will serve a one-year term.

Members appointed in the western states include the following: Mary Jo Rideout, Red Rock, AZ (2-year term); Ted Kingsley, Colusa, CA (Southwest Unit); Lisandra Vitorino, Turlock, CA (Southwest Unit); Susan M. Link, Elbert, CO; Trevor Yates, Fort Collins, CO (Importer Unit); Lee Bradshaw, Caldwell, ID; Jessica K. Weltmer, Smith Center, KS; Matthew J. Grabbe, Hays, KS; Connie Ahlgren, Grass Range, MT; Jaslyn Livingston, Broadwater, NE; Jim Dinklage, Orchard, NE; Kathy Tokach, Anthony, ND; Jeremiah Heupel, Medina, ND (1-year term); Mike Frey, Kingfisher, OK; Rodney E.
