Meat lovers in Sioux Falls, SD, will have a unique chance to try their favorite dishes at several different restaurants, while meeting the people who provided the food during the “Beef Crawl” on Nov. 6. The event is a progressive dinner where participants will enjoy a beef appetizer, entree and dessert at downtown restaurants. Participants will have an opportunity to meet with beef producers and farmers throughout the evening who will be answering questions about their farms and beef production. “We see the Beef Crawl as another opportunity for South Dakota foodies to meet those who grow our food and ask questions about today’s beef production,” said Agriculture United for South Dakota (Ag United) Outreach Director Rebecca Christman. “Many consumers are not only interested in eating tasty food, but also learning where their food comes from.” The Beef Crawl is made possible by Ag United and the South Dakota Beef Industry Council.
