Ducks Unlimited Canada (DUC) announced an expanded partnership with Loblaw Companies Limited, building on a collaboration launched in 2025 to advance sustainable food systems and support Canadian farmers.

Loblaw’s support will enable DUC agronomists to work directly with grain and livestock producers to rehabilitate marginal cropland, establish perennial cover and implement beneficial management practices that strengthen soil health, biodiversity and farm resilience. Loblaw Vice President Emma Race said the partnership supports farmers while protecting the environment, calling it “a win for farmers, a win for nature and a win for our food system.” Learn more about the collaboration at tinyurl.com/7yunah5u.
