Cusack Meats in OK ends its 93-year run

After more than nine decades in business, Oklahoma-based Cusack Meats has ended its meat processing and manufacturing operations.

The Cusack family announced the decision in an Aug. 11 Facebook post, saying operations would conclude Aug. 13 after 93 years serving customers in Oklahoma and across the country.

The family thanked generations of customers, employees, suppliers and friends for supporting the company and helping build its reputation for quality and service. While manufacturing has ended, the family plans to retain the Cusack name and explore opportunities for the brand.

“While our current manufacturing operations are ending, our gratitude and name certainly are not,” the family said, adding that plans will remain rooted in the values that guided the business.
