CME cattle futures price limits to increase in June 

The CME Group is resetting price limits for live cattle and feeder cattle contracts beginning June 1. This is an annual reset stipulated by the variable price limits mechanism pursuant to the CME Rulebook. 

The price limit for live cattle futures will increase $1.25 from $7.25/cwt to $8.50/cwt. The new expanded limit will be $12.75/cwt. 

The price limit for feeder cattle futures will increase $1.50 from $9.25/cwt to $10.75/cwt. The new expanded limit will be $16/cwt.
