Milky Way International Trading Corp. is recalling 297,715 lbs., about 149 tons, of ready-to-eat canned corned beef products. The products were imported and distributed without being inspected by USDA’s Food Safety Inspection Service.
The products were imported from June 6, 2020 through Jan. 21, 2021. Products subject to recall read bear an “Ox & Palm” label and “Australia inspected” number “39” and were shipped across the country.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions from consuming the product, but those who purchased the product should throw it out or return it to the place of purchase.
