If you are currently enrolled as a student or faculty in agriculture or animal science at one of the 22 land-grant universities, you can receive a free online subscription to the Western Livestock Journal via www.wlj.net throughout the 2017-18 academic year by signing up with your .edu email address.
The digital edition of WLJ features the same content as the weekly newspaper, as well as two annual magazines—The North American Bull Guide and Commercial Cattle Issue, and the quarterly Properties Ranch and Farm magazine.
For students and faculty members accessing wlj.net for the first time:
- Click “Register” on the right side of the menu bar (desktop) or from the options menu at the top left (mobile);
- Complete the registration form;
- Students or faculty members must use a .edu email address from one of the universities listed;
- A confirmation email will be generated (if you don’t get a confirmation email, call us); and
- Click the link in the confirmation email to access wlj.net with full access.
