Visitors to the 2018 FOOD & WINE Classic in Aspen, CO had the opportunity to take a virtual ranch tour of three U.S. cattle operations during the 36th annual event, June 15-17. The virtual tour launched by Beef. It’s What’s For Dinner., funded by the Beef Checkoff, takes people on 360-degree tours of a cow-calf operation, a feedyard and a public lands ranch. Featured in the videos are the Triple U Ranch, a family-owned diversified farm and ranch in Iowa; the Bracket Ranch, a family ranching business that utilizes private and federal public lands on the Oregon and Idaho border; and Easterday Ranches, a feedyard in Washington’s Columbia River basin.
