Two 18-year-old feedyard employees were found dead in a runoff pond in Parmer County, TX.
According to local news outlet KDFA, Parmer County deputies and Texas game wardens responded and used specialized boats and sonar during the search. The two employees were found on Sept. 27, and the initial investigation indicated both died the previous day.
The Parmer County Sheriff’s Office said the runoff pond is normally dry but had filled following recent rainfall. The deaths remain under investigation, and officials said no additional information would be released at this time.
