PRCA HQ move to WY approved

The Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association (PRCA) and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame Trustees recently voted in favor of moving forward with relocating the PRCA offices and the ProRodeo Hall of Fame and Museum of the American Cowboy to Cheyenne, WY.

“As the PRCA celebrates our 90th year as the premier sanctioning body in Western sports, this is an exciting evolution that will give our membership the best chance at success for the next 50 years,” PRCA CEO Tom Glause said.

The Wyoming Legislature, Cheyenne city officials and Cheyenne LEADS have continued to codify funding for the project over the past three months. Project partners are now able to pursue fundraising efforts to support the overall advancement of the development coined the Hitching Post District.
