Oregon Country Beef (OCB) launched its Ground Beef Brick Pack, now available at all 16 PCC Community Markets in the Puget Sound, WA, area.
The product offers shoppers locally sourced, non-GMO ground beef, packaged for convenient freezing and storage. OCB, owned by family ranchers, emphasizes beef free of antibiotics, added hormones and GMO feed. The brick packs will be available along with OCB’s other products at PCC Community Markets.
