Livestock of The World (LOTW), a suite of online marketplaces that help ranchers buy and sell their animals, recently announced a new program, LOTW Give, that supports livestock associations. When a ranch pays for a yearly membership, LOTW will donate 15 percent to their favorite livestock association. LOTW’s services include www.LivestockOfAmerica.com which has been described as “one-stop livestock shopping” and “eBay for Livestock.” The marketplaces are connected to www.LivestockOfTheWorld.com which serves as a central hub. Participating organizations can be livestock registrars, associations or clubs. They just need to be a nonprofit organization that supports one of the 15 species of livestock promoted by LOTW. The website also includes an online directory for associations which includes organizations that support horses, sheep, chickens, pigs, working dogs, donkeys, turkeys, alpacas, bison, llamas, yaks, emus, goats, rabbits and cattle.
