Goldcrest Farm Trust, a private real estate investment trust, announced the closing of its third fund with $300 million in commitments from institutional investors, raising total assets under management to more than $1 billion.
Edward Hargroves, co-founder and president, noted that farmland combines cash flows with long-term value. Goldcrest manages farmland across regions and crop types and will target row crop properties in the new fund, partnering with agricultural operators to strengthen production and asset value through long-term management strategies.
