Colorado Farm Show includes Sheep Day

This year’s Greeley Farm Show included “Sheep Day” on Jan. 25, hosted by Colorado State University. The event was much like educational Beef Days the university has put on in the past. Speakers discussed the shifting domestic and international lamb and wool markets, the variation in lamb flavor, and an update on current technology in wool. — WLJ
