On June 16, Rep. David Rouzer (R-NC-07) introduced HR 6119 to the House. The bill would remove the red wolf from the endangered species list under the Endangered Species Act. The bill would require the secretary of the interior to remove the wolf from the list “without regard to any other provision of statute or regulation that applies to issuance of such rule.” It additionally stipulates that the issuance of such rule “shall not be subject to judicial review.” — WLJ
