The United States Cattlemen’s Association (USCA) announced the launch of the Independent Producers and Processors Directory.
The directory connects producers looking for regional processors and processors looking for local producers to serve consumers looking for local beef.
“This directory has been a priority for the USCA processing committee as consumers continue to seek out local beef options and producers continue to explore efficient and affordable ways to get it to them,” said Independent Beef Processors Committee Chairman Patrick Robinette. “Our goal is for this network to help foster relationships between producers and processors, producers and consumers, and processors and consumers.”
USCA producer and processor members can register at uscattlemen.org under the “Buy & Sell Local Beef” tab.
