Niman Ranch, a “humanely and sustainably raised” beef, pork and lamb company, announced a new partnership with Fortune Fish & Gourmet. The company is a processor, distributor, and importer of both seafood and meat products.
“With this new partnership, Niman Ranch has expanded their footprint of geographic availability, now serving sustainability-focused and quality-driven restaurants and select retail outlets in major markets including Detroit, MI, Indianapolis, IN, Chicago, IL, Kansas City and St. Louis, MO, Minneapolis, MN, Omaha, NE, Birmingham, AL, and everywhere in between,” read a company statement.
The company sources its meat from a network of 750 small farmers and ranchers, most located in the Heartland.
