The North Dakota State University (NDSU) Extension has named Dena Kemmet as the central district director, and Lesley Lubenow as the east district director.
“Both bring an exceptional skillset to the positions, and I am quite pleased they accepted our offers to be part of the team which leads NDSU Extension,” said Greg Lardy, NDSU’s vice president for Agricultural Affairs.
Kemmet will be responsible for leadership and oversight for 17 counties and Lubenow will be responsible for 13 counties. Kemmet has more than 28 years of work experience with NDSU Extension and has a Master of Science degree in child development and family science from NDSU.
Lubenow has been a cropping systems for eight years and is the interim assistant district director for northeastern North Dakota. She has a Master of Science degree in plant science from NDSU
