Arby’s menu gets beefier

Arby’s has added three new beef items to its Smokehouse menu. For a limited time, customers will find slow-smoked beef short ribs on two sandwiches and curly fries in the food lineup.

The Beef Short Rib Sandwich features mesquite-smoked pulled beef short rib topped with a slice of melted cheddar cheese, crispy onions, and smoky barbecue sauce and placed between thick slices of Texas toast. A larger version of that sandwich is called the Smoke Mountain and is stacked with pulled smoked beef short rib, pit-smoked ham, and smoked brisket. Those looking for something in the “finger food” category can enjoy the Beef Short Rib Loaded Curly Fries. — WLJ
