USDA is accepting public comments for 30 days on its proposal to reorganize the department and relocate about 2,600 employees to five office hubs around the country.

“We value your perspective as we work to ensure that USDA is best positioned to serve America’s farmers, ranchers, producers, and rural communities,” said Secretary of Agriculture Brooke Rollins.

The five regional hubs as proposed are Raleigh, NC; Kansas City, MO; Indianapolis, IN; Fort Collins, CO; and Salt Lake City, UT. Feedback may be provided to reorganization@usda.gov through Aug. 26.
