The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service is asking for comments on the possibility of opening nine National Wildlife Refuges to hunting and fishing in the 2017-2018 hunting season. The refuges in question are in Georgia, Indiana, Minnesota, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, and Wisconsin. Comments are due at end of day Monday, Sept. 11.
