The three men from Florida who stole around $9 million worth of meat from trailers in the Plains and Midwest have been sentenced to prison.

The U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida sentenced the men to two years in federal prison, followed by three years of supervised released, along with a fine of more than $206,000 in restitution.

The men were found to have organized at least 40 thefts from June 2021 to October 2022 in Nebraska, Iowa, Minnesota, South Dakota, North Dakota and Wisconsin.
