Local Cuts Meat Co. is set to open its doors in August in Zephyr, TX. The 12,000-square foot facility will be federally inspected by the USDA and will process cattle, hogs, sheep, goats, deer and exotic game. Capacity for the facility is expected to be 300 head.
The plant will initially employ 10 people with the opportunity to reach 30 employees in the future.
