The first public negotiation sessions with the Sites Project Authority and Bureau of Reclamation for a partnership agreement for the proposed Sites Reservoir Project in California were postponed.
The negotiation sessions, scheduled for Aug. 18 and 19 in Sacramento, CA, will be rescheduled at a later determined date.
