DeBruycker Charolais, a fifth-generation Montana ranch, has launched an online store to sell grain-finished, dry-aged, and grass-fed Charolais beef. The DeBruycker Charolais Meats store will offer individual cuts as well as subscription boxes.
“We want to share the same premium quality we’ve eaten as a family with customers and we want consumers to be confident in knowing where their food comes from,” said owner Brett DeBruycker.
The cattle are raised on grass, finished on locally sourced grain and the meat is then dry aged. The store is open now at shop.debruyckercharolais.com. To save 30 percent on your first order through Aug. 30, enter DCMEATS1 at checkout. — WLJ
