The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration recently announced another extension to the Hours-of-Service Emergency Declaration through May 31.
The declaration was first issued following the start of the COVID-19 pandemic and the related supply chain issues.
The Hours-of-Service extension applies to livestock and livestock feed (not individual feed ingredients); medical supplies, products, and equipment related to COVID-19.
