U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) seeks input on potential approaches for further expediting and simplifying the permit process authorizing incidental take of eagles.
USFWS is seeking guidance that would reduce the time and/or cost associated with applying for and implementing long-term eagle incidental take permits under existing regulations.
