In a June 16 letter to the Klamath Water Users Association, the Bureau of Reclamation said while hydrology conditions on June 1 were not as favorable as projected, water supplies from the Upper Klamath Lake and the Klamath River are expected to meet demands for the 2025 irrigation season.
“Reclamation will continue to collaborate with contractors in light of updated supply calculations and also consider the need for any necessary operational changes to account for deviations from expected demand,” the agency said.
