Dr. Bob Hough was presented with the Livestock Publications Council’s esteemed Headliner Award at the 2023 Agricultural Media Summit in Palm Springs, CA, on Aug. 1.
The Headliner Award salutes an individual for meritorious service to the livestock industry. Hough has served the livestock industry in numerous capacities for almost 50 years but may be best known for his roles as CEO of the Red Angus Association of America and executive vice president of the North American Limousin Foundation.
Hough serves as a correspondent to WLJ and has also authored several books on the history of breeds and associations. WLJ expresses their sincere congratulations to Hough for an honor well deserved.
