Extended WOTUS deadline looms

The comment period to rescind the Waters of the U.S. (WOTUS) rule was extended to Sept. 27, meaning there is only a week and a half to submit comments. As of press time, over 156,000 comments had been submitted. Comments can be submitted to regulations.gov using the Docket ID# EPA-HQ-OW-2017-0203-0001.
