The driver of the truck, who was uninjured, was hauling 93 head when the rollover occurred. Twelve cattle died initially and nine were euthanized on scene. The remaining cattle were moved to a portable corral, examined by a veterinarian and transported from the area. The Colorado State Patrol is investigating the crash.
