On Jan. 20, the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) launched a redesigned National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) Register, making it easier for the public and stakeholders to access planning documents and participate in land management decisions.
The update is part of BLM’s broader modernization of its ePlanning platform. The new NEPA Register features a modern, mobile-friendly design, improved navigation and a simplified layout. Users can now use enhanced search tools with keyword and filter options to quickly find projects of interest. Search results columns are also modifiable, allowing visitors to customize how project information is displayed.
BLM said the improvements are intended to boost transparency and public engagement.
The updated NEPA Register is available at eplanning.blm.gov.
