A 54-year-old male worker died in an accident at the Tyson Foods processing plant in Sherman, TX, earlier this month.
According to local law enforcement, the man died after becoming lodged between a semi-trailer and a loading dock as the trailer was moving into position. He was taken to an area hospital and later pronounced dead.
An investigation has been opened into the incident. Police officials said there is no indication that the death was due to a criminal act.
