An employee died in a workplace accident at Tyson Fresh Meats’ plant in Finney County, KS.
Around 5:30 a.m. on March 23, Kendrick Gregory, 30, was doing maintenance on an assembly line when he was pulled up by his harness against a takeaway belt.
He was transferred to a local hospital, where he died.
