Celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, best known for his head role on the TV series Hell’s Kitchen, has climbed into the saddle and tried his hand at roping dummies.

Ramsay and fellow celebrity foodies made a visit to Cedar Ranch, Rafter S Cattle Co. in northwestern Arizona as part of a new show called Gordon, Gino and Fred’s Road Trip.

A camera crew followed the trio around on a day consisting of riding horses, learning to rope and eating Arizona-raised beef.

“The best part for us, when we first heard about this, we were so thrilled but my husband said, ‘Who’s Gordon Ramsay?’” Lori Sturgill, owner of Rafter S Cattle Co., told azcentral news.

The crew learned a little bit about the life of a cowboy, roping dummies and feasting on steak and Rocky Mountain oysters.

The show will air in the UK this October, but not until 2020 for the U.S.
