Julie Ellingson, North Dakota Stockmen’s Association (NDSA) executive vice president, has been selected as Agriculturist of the Year at North Dakota State University’s (NDSU’s) Little International (Little I) Showmanship Contest.
Ellingson has worked for NDSA since 1998, where she began as communications director. She and her family also run Ellingson Angus in St. Anthony, ND.
“Julie Ellingson is a superb choice for the year’s Agriculturist of the Year,” said Kadey Holm, Little I manager and an NDSU senior in animal sciences from Ashley, ND. “Her core values of dedication, hard work ethic, passion for agriculture, and strong faith base is exactly what we look for.”
