The National Western Stock Show (NWSS), presented by Centura Health, marked four record days since the show opened on Jan. 7. With over 18 ticketed events and more than 200 shows and activities under their belt, NWSS fans are enjoying the western lifestyle at its fullest.

The first nine days of Stock Show attracted 402,814 fans, setting the record for NWSS attendance to date. The previous record was set in 2020, with 399,809 guests by day nine.

The days and evenings were filled with families and friends gathering to enjoy and celebrate Colorado’s favorite western tradition.

“The launch of Stock Show brought great weather, great food, great competitions, and great crowds,” said Paul Andrews, president and CEO of NWSS. “We look forward to continuing this momentum with Stock Show fans as we crown livestock, equestrian and rodeo champions through the final Sunday,” said Andrews.

The record days include:

Jan. 7 — 58,901 attendees. Previous record: 2020, 57,386 attendees.

Jan. 8 — 51,077 attendees. Previous record: 2018, 50,577 attendees.

Jan. 10 — 37,744 attendees. Previous record: 2020, 36,174 attendees.

Jan. 14 — 69,609 attendees. Previous record: 2015, 68,757 attendees.

The NWSS was set to continue over the following seven days, through Sunday, Jan. 22, with a full schedule of events and activities. NWSS
