Details for WANTED: WINTER GRAZING LAND
The Bar Cross Ranch seeks a 500 to 2,000-Animal-Unit grazing lease(s) from December to May of each year to support its growing business. The lease serves to meet the ranch’s growth, economic and ecological objectives. Crop residue, hay aftermath, irrigated pasture and conventional dry land range are all acceptable pasture types. The Bar Cross will consider full-care and no-care pasture leases. Ideally, the lease will be seasonal, but the ranch will consider annual leases as well. Importantly, the ranch has the flexibility, credit-worthiness, and ability to meet a variety of landowner goals and objectives. CONTACT: JASON R.
