8 Cattle Ranch Foreman - Northern California Minimum 5 years experience required with cattle handling and ranch operations, including: horsemanship, roping, operate backhoe, perform minimal equipment repair and maintenance. Must provide excellent and verifiable work references, and possess a valid California Driver's License. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic and moral standards.  The foreman will oversee day-to-day ranch operations, including: managing 300 cows (with spring/fall calving), water system management, fence mending, reporting accurately and frequently to offsite general manager. Preferred use of your own horse/s.  Must live on- site. Salary commensurate with experience, which includes housing and utilities.  An excellent benefits package is provided including a full health benefits plan with low cost premiums, both 401k Match and Retirement Contributions and life insurance paid by the Company.  We are a drug and tobacco free workplace.
