Hong Kong puts halt on beef imports |

Hong Kong’s government announced Friday, April 7, they have officially closed the door to all beef products processed by Cargill Meat Solutions, based in Dodge City, KS. The immediate halt in trade was a reaction to the finding of bones in a recent shipment from Cargill, which is the second-largest U.S. meat processing plant. |
