Anyone that works knows the government is out of control. The Supreme Court will find for the NEW West Wall Street Corporations that do not want to Share any of the resources and when they start mining the water there will no longer be able to support life as they pollute it maximizing their profit . Think this is absurd take a look at how the people like us live in West Virginia with coal mining.
