As someone who has been paleo for over a year I can tell you that it delivered results. No 2:00 p.m. energy dip, fewer aches and pains in my knees and back, and a near elimnation of canker sores that have plagued me most of my life. My college and early 20s eyars caused me to lose a lot of my strength and gain 30 pounds from too much refined carbohydrates. Not only have I lost 20 pounds but I'm stronger and faster than I was in high schoo all while eating beef at least 5-6 times a weekl. The amount of weight I can bench press now is about double what I could do when I was 18. I encourage readers to look up the diet and give it a real shot. Widespread adoption could be the boost in demand the beef industry needs.
